Returns & Refunds

At Rowhouse Plants, every plant is carefully inspected and packaged to arrive healthy and in excellent condition.

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all live plant sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except as outlined in our Live Arrival Guarantee or as required by law.

Plants that arrive severely damaged or non-viable as a direct result of shipping may qualify for a refund or store credit under our Live Arrival Guarantee. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of documented delivery.
